Shipping policy

Normally all items are dispatched within 3 business days, however -  during busier times, or sales events this could be slightly longer!

We do not deliver to PO BOX addresses. Sorry.

Import duty/tax may be applied to orders outside the UK - this is a legal requirement decided by the country in which you live. This is not a shipping charge imposed by us - therefore it is your personal responsibility to pay these charges. 

Please take note that if, due to these charges an order is refused or abandoned - the customer will be liable for all return shipping costs including the original cost of shipping.
